The Community First Hockey League (CFHL) is our in-house recreational program that provides players a fun and competitive environment with equal opportunity for all players.
The Community First Hockey League (CFHL) is ready for the Winter season in 2026! Join us for another great season of fun and development.
All players that have completed the Learn to Play program can join the CFHL.
- The CFHL Winter season consists of 14 games (including playoffs) and 8 practices
AGE GROUPS OFFERED: 6U/8U , 10U, 13U, 17U/High School
SEASON LENGTH: January - April WINTER SEASON - INVESTMENT: $729 per season plus tax *Goalies 50% discount*
DAYS of PLAY - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
JERSEYS - Community First Igloo Jersey Included!

USA HOCKEY REGISTRATIONS: All players must have a USA hockey membership to participate.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Full hockey equipment is required to play in the league.
Early bird registration November 15th - December 15th (you can still register after but don’t miss on the savings)
Early Bird Registration begins July 15 and ends August 1!
FEATURES
- 6U/8U - Cross Ice Games - Jamboree Format 5 periods of 10.5 minutes
10U - Half Ice Games - Jamboree Format 3 periods of 16.5 minutes
13U & 17U - Full Ice Games - 3 periods of 17 minutes run time (last minute stop time if game is 1 goal differential) - Professional Coached USA Hockey approved practices focusing on individual motor skill acquisition and long term athletic development
- Fun, active, skill based competitive practices with the focus on the windows of trainability to ensure proper development
