- 2 Day Mini Camp (9am-1:15pm)
- 2.5 hours of ice per day
- Focusing on skating, puck control, passing and shooting skills
- Small game play to develop hockey awareness
- Off Ice training
- Athletic development working on agility, balance and coordination
- Age appropriate speed and strength training
- Stick handling and passing development

* players will be divided into age appropriate training groups

- Focusing on skating, angles, positioning, save selection, rebound control, puck control and more!
